Week 45 - nada. I took Bright Week off. Wish I hadn't, in retrospect, because it turns out that I feel terrible when I don't exercise.

5/7 - 20 minutes of jumping rope, jumping jacks, & step-ups

ReplyDeleteGood job, Jess! I've been on bedrest, so definitely no exercise here! And, now that I'm finally off bed rest today, I just don't think there's any exercising mojo left in this swollen body of mine. Come summer, I'll be back!
ReplyDeleteI am still walking and doing lots(!) of yard work. I tried a pregnancy video too, but I probably won't do much again. Unfortunately, riding the bike is not working anymore- makes me feel faint.
