Sat: 30 Day Shred, Level 1
Turns out that if I put on my exercise clothes first thing in the morning, I'm more likely to exercise. Whodathunkit? :)

That works for me, too. When I drop my son off at school, I will always head to the gym afterwards if I'm wearing my gym clothes. Imagine that!
