Monday- ran 3 miles
Tuesday- Jillian video- Yoga Meltdown level 1
Wednesday- ran 6 miles
Thursday- pilates barre class (at the Y, and amazing!), ran 4 miles
Friday- Sea World trip with the kids- my phone's pedometer said that we walked 3.5 miles
Saturday- ran 7.5 miles
Sunday-walked with family- 20 mins
A very good week. I wish that the logistics would fall into place for this to happen every week! In between was a week of moderate workouts, after I heard that there were no findings on my heart tests.
