Wow! there was a huge jump in the amount of running time from last week to this week!
Here's this week's workout by time (it's the same all three days):
-5 min. walking warm-up
Jog 3 minutes
Walk 90 seconds
Jog 5 minutes
Walk 2-1/2 minutes
Jog 3 minutes
Walk 90 seconds
Jog 5 minutes
-5 min. walking cool-down
