On Monday of Week 18, I did Ripped in 30, Level 1.
On Monday of Week 18, I did the 30 Day Shred, Level 1.
And that's it! the first week, it was because I got caught up in writing. This last week, it was because 5 of the 6 of us got sick (including me).
So, you know, back to the drawing board!
