Oct 12-18

One activity to report - a 40 min hilly walk pushing a stroller.  My first goal is to increase this activity to 2x/wk.

My husband also surprised me by announcing he wanted to go back on Weight Watchers.  I despise dieting and didn't have a great week.  But tracking my eating habits is (unfortunately) good for me, so I'm pressing forward.  I have healthful snacks on hand this week to help me avoid temptation.
