Sun: nothing
Mon: 4X(20 lunges, 10 push-ups, 25 jumping jacks) + 30 min. recreational swimming
Tues: 3X(10 burpees, 1 min. plank, 1 min. side plank right, 1 min. side plank left)
Wed: 4X(25 squats, 10 sit-ups)
Thurs: 40 min. hike
Fri: nothing
Sat: went swimming twice
