We are so blessed to be close (5 min drive!) to a YMCA. Luke learned to swim there, Rebekah is doing gymnastics there. I work out regularly! They have an amazing eliptical type machines that simulate running much better than any that I have tried before and yet, do not aggravate my bursitis.
Monday- ran 6.5 miles
Tuesday- walked with kids 2.5 miles
Thursday- ran 6.5 miles
Saturday- ran 9 miles, went swimming with family
A silly sort of negative to all my running is that my skinny jeans don't fit so well any more- too tight in the calves. :)
