C25K, week 1, workout 1 (again)

Did the first workout of the first week of Couch-to-5K again, this time with Adam. Wasn't expecting to get to work out twice in one day, but it was fun!

  1. 2 a days! I'm planning to try the P90X version of doubles over the summer with my hubby. After all, he'll be bored when law school lets out for the summer, right? :-)
