Yesterday was my first day coming back to exercise after some months away. I wholeheartedly agree with OUCH!
I'm aiming for three health goals this month. One is drinking lots and lots of water. Another is working out 3-5 days each week. A third is getting more veggies in my diet, primarily via green smoothies (which I actually like). :)
So. Day 1:
Water - 124 ounces
Green smoothie - yes
Exercise - Shred, level 1, 3lb weights
