Today, I did the 30 Day Shred, Level 1.
Owwwwwww. I wussed out and just used 5 lbs weights. But I did all the pushups!
btw, I vote that we tag each post with our name and the name of the workout we did. Hence "shred" and "Jess" at the bottom of this post.
(also started up my pull-up training again. Ow, ow, ow. Never getting sick and skipping workouts again.)
