I hate front raises

Or whatever those things are called. The things where you raise the weights out in front of you with a straight arm. No me gusta. 

Today was 30 Day Shred, Level 2 with 5 lbs. weights. My absolute least favorite level of the Shred. I like Level 3 best. 1 is workmanlike, but boring. 2 is boring plus it hurts. 3 hurts, but it's fun and it gives me a sense of accomplishment no matter how fit I am, and so 3 wins in my book. 

But I did 2 today. Oh well. I'm sure it was good for me.
