Weekend Workouts

Do you do them? I very seldom get any physical activity in on the weekends, mainly because family activities and errands take priority. If you are able to squeeze some in, how do you do it???

  1. I exercise on weekends. I like it because I feel like I'm NOT squeezing it in! We tend to try to keep our weekends leisurely since we are so busy throughout the week days. If we do an all day activity on a Saturday, it is usually hiking which is exercise itself. I have also found that exercise does more wonders on a sleepy Sunday afternoon than a nap.
